How to Find Us:
From Shreveport/West Louisiana
- 1. Head north on Clyde Fant Memorial Pkwy/Clyde Fant Pkwy.
- 2. Keep left to continue on Clyde Fant Memorial Pkwy .
- 3. Continue onto Grimmett Dr.
- 4. Turn left onto N Common St.
- 5. Turn right onto LA-1 N/N Market St.
- 6. Turn right to merge onto I-49 N.
- 7. Keep right, follow signs for Arkansas 549 N/Little Rock.
- 8. Continue onto I-49 N.
- 9. Continue onto Exit 42 (signs for U.S. 71).
- 10. Keep right at the fork and merge onto US-59 N/US-71.
- 11. Turn right onto US-71 N/N Lakeside Dr.
- 12. Turn right onto the I-540 N ramp to I-40.
- 13. Merge onto I-540.
- 14. Take exit 1B for I-40 E/I-540 N toward Little Rock.
- 15. Merge onto I-40 E.
- 16. Take Exit 12 (Fayetteville exit) onto I-49 north.

- A. Note that I-49 south exits before I-49 north. Be sure to stay on I-40 to the I-49 Fayetteville/north exit.
- 17. EXIT from I-49 at CHESTER/EXIT 34 (21 miles north of the I-40/I-49 junction.)
- 18. TURN RIGHT on Hwy 282 West at the exit ramp stop sign.
- 19. GO Straight through the town of Chester and turn LEFT on BROWN ST.
- 20. Cross the railroad tracks & river.
- 21. Continue straight up BROWN ST (aka Old No. 12) 3.5 miles.
- 22. TURN LEFT on Wilson Branch Dr. just past Lands End Rd. A red and white county road sign and StoneWind Retreat's sign are on the corner of Wilson Branch Dr. and No. 12 Crossroads
- 23. Turn LEFT onto WILSON BRANCH DR. (gravel road).
- 24. NO MATTER WHAT YOUR GPS SAYS, ONCE ON WILSON BRANCH, DO NOT TURN LEFT ANYWHERE. Stay to the right all the way to the top of the mountain.
- 25. On Wilson Branch, cross the low-water bridge and go straight up the road from bridge;
- 26. Road angles right, continue straight through the stone pillars and over the cattle guard;
- 27. Stay to the right up the mountainpast the stone house on right.
- 28. Continue slowly up the mountain. Caution, one lane road.
- 29. Moss-covered standing Stones on either side of the gate mark the entrance to StoneWind Retreat.
- 30. Continue to top of mountain, about another 500 feet.
- 31. At intersection of StoneWind Dr. and Warrior's Way turn RIGHT through the stone pillars and proceed to the Red Barn Offices for check-in. The East Room is also in the Red Barn.
